Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using fmtNOW ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Gelotto ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

fmtNOW is a mobile application that provides on-device file conversion capabilities. All file processing occurs locally on your device. The App does not upload, transmit, or store your files on any external server.

3. Free Tier

The App provides a free tier that allows up to 10 file conversions per day. The daily limit resets at midnight local time. All 13 conversion types are available in the free tier. We reserve the right to modify the free tier limits at any time.

4. In-App Purchase

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("fmtNOW Unlimited") for $4.99 USD that removes the daily conversion limit. This is a one-time, non-recurring payment processed through Google Play.

• The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
• You may restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Google Play account.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Gelotto. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of all files you process using the App. We do not access, view, collect, or store your files. All file processing occurs entirely on your device. You are solely responsible for the content of files you convert and for ensuring you have the right to process them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Conversion results may vary depending on the input file format, size, and device capabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gelotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend the App at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. These Terms will survive any termination of your use of the App.
