1. Introduction

Gelotto ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates fmtNOW, a file conversion application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use fmtNOW.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

fmtNOW is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do not:

• Upload your files to any server or cloud service
• Collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers
• Access your files outside of the conversion process you initiate
• Share or sell any user data to third parties

All file conversions are performed entirely on your device. Your files never leave your phone.

3. Data We Do Process

While we do not collect personal data, the following anonymous information may be processed:

• Anonymous purchase verification: When you make an in-app purchase, Google Play handles the transaction. We verify the purchase status to unlock features but do not store payment details.
• Firebase Analytics (anonymous): We collect anonymous usage statistics such as which conversion types are most popular, app session data, and device type. This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to improve the app.
• Firebase Crashlytics (anonymous): We collect anonymous crash reports to identify and fix bugs. These reports include device model, OS version, and stack traces but no personal information or file contents.

4. Third-Party Services

fmtNOW uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing: Processes in-app purchases. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reporting. See Crashlytics Terms.

5. Data Storage

All converted files and temporary data are stored locally on your device. You can clear temporary files at any time from the app Settings screen. We do not store any of your files on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

fmtNOW does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal data from any users, the app is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
